The king of Tredecia, the city of cats: Dinesh.
He's the father of one of the main antagonists of the story, and the grandfather of the main character. Kind king, little eccentric. Ends up murdered by his own spoiled daughter, Indra. He's a King Cheetah... You can't tell that very well here. I tried to portray him as being an elderly man; It wasn't easy for me. Took a while, I'm not 100% satisfied with the results, but I'm overall content with it. It looks much better in person. Shading the jewels gave me a hand cramp like none other. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. can anybody stop this thing?
His face is wonderfully done... he actually looks OLD. That's so hard to portray in a character, and you did it PERFECTLY. I love his headdress thing, and the way he has jewls in his hair. I like the way the black and white of the ears coallece... however you spell that... and his markings. GORGEOUS. His pretty dark eyes, those cute little pink lips. I love how skinny his fingers are, and the way you can see the skin around his claw tips.

I agree with Jolyn, youve made him look old, and it suits him ownderfully, all the forhead wrinkles and lines under his eyes are really good effects...his eyes are beautiful, they are so deep looking and full of wisdom.
I love his jewels and omg, i cant get over the detail, i love how youve done each one speratly, and his eyesbrows and nails and : O HIS HANDS! they are so awsome! i suck so badly at hand Paula ; ; *cling* teach me your waaaayys!
